Shannon, Co-Founder

To tell you a little about myself, I am a graduate student in Anthropology. I have an Associates and Bachelors Degree and am working towards a Masters Degree. I have a Forensic Criminology Certificate with which I hope to apply to not only my career, but to my passion for the paranormal. I have been studying the paranormal for most of my life, have done extensive research on all aspects of the paranormal, and hope to learn more from people who have had paranormal experiences.

I grew up in Topeka, KS, right up the road from the famed Rochester Cemetery - Home of the Albino Lady. I have had numerous experiences happen to me, and if you have time, I would be more than happy to tell you about them! I have been researching paranormal activity for about 20 years now and continue to learn new things about many subjects in the paranormal realm. This is such a changing field, I am excited to get started!

James, Co-Founder

I am intrigued by the paranormal. At one time I so firmly believed in it, I never really questioned whether there was evidence out there or not. However, over the last few years I started researching and ran across so many theories explaining spirits, hallucinations and alternate realities, I decided maybe believing in something wasn't really enough. Since, I decided to further my research and get involved in the actual investigation aspect of things.

My passion in the field, by far, is the technical end. I'm also fascinated by the spirit manifestation of inanimate objects - especially when they react to today's environment. I just hope that my time in the field will benefit those in need of answers, perhaps answer some of my own questions and possibly further the field.

Jan, Case Manager

I would describe myself as a skeptical sensitive.  I have had paranormal experiences since I was a child; having lived in a couple of haunted houses and have come face to face with apparitions.  I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minored in Psychology and Anthropology which gives me a solid understanding in the scientific theory and balance it with an understanding about culture and the human mind.  Having grown up in a religiously diverse and highly spiritual home, I am open to the seemingly impossible while keeping my feet planted firmly on the ground.

Bill, Technical Advisor

My background is mostly technical in nature.  I am a very hands-on type of person and skeptical of most paranormal experiences, even if they are my own!  I am thoroughly interested in finding natural explanations or causes affecting paranormal circumstances.  I seriously enjoy the technical aspect of paranormal research.  I am constantly researching and learning whenever possible.  I have been a machinist most of my life and very recently have earned a Bachelor of Science in I.T. and enjoy flying General Aviation aircraft whenever I can afford it.

Anne Marie, Investigator

My interest in the paranormal stems from my experiences I had as a child.  I grew up in a house that, I believe, was paranormally active.    It was scary to me as a little girl and I didn’t have anywhere to turn.  Now that I have a better understanding of the paranormal, I want to be able to help people who are having the same problem.  People need to know they are not alone and there’s help out there.  I am fairly new to the paranormal field and am expanding my knowledge whenever possible.  My day job consists of managing a website and assisting the IT director at a local automotive dealership.  My bachelor’s degree is in Business Management and Marketing.

Kerri, Reserve Investigator

I describe myself as a skeptical paranormal investigator always looking for the how and why.  Although I do feel very strongly that entities exist, I find it rewarding to provide evidence to debunk such cases if possible.  I’ve yet to have a paranormal experience to call my own but am eagerly awaiting its arrival.  I am a Registered Nurse and received my bachelor’s degree in nursing from Wichita State University.  I enjoy the simple things in life…weekends full of football, movies on the big screen, and my beloved four-legged “children.”

Jessie, Reserve Investigator

My name is Jessica. I am a nurse, and I enjoy helping others. I find myself in the role of usher; Ushering people toward life, health and death. In my spare time I enjoy learning abouth theology and spiritual theories. I became interested in the paranormal when James introduced me to the idea of investigating hauntings. I hope that I can help others as well as learn about the paranormal.

Mike, Reserve Investigator

My name is Michael and I am an elementary educator. I am intrigued by history and am interested in the historical aspects of paranormal investigations. I hope to bring a historical point to our investigations, as historical hauntings have fascinated me. When I was a child, I remember visiting the Winchester Mystery House, and since then have been interested in the paranormal.
